Nutter Butter Snowman

This nutter butter snowman is a really fun way to "make"Christmas cookies without a lot of work.
Start by melting 4 squares of vanilla Almond bark (this is what I used.) or white candy melt.
dip the nutter butter cookie into the melted almond bark. Place on parchment paper until the coating hardens.
Decorate using Icing pens and mini M&M's

These make a really cute display. I decorated each one differently, giving them their own little personalities.
